Welcome to Falak Zari. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and high-quality experience for all our customers.

1. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to represent our apparel as accurately as possible. To assist in your selection, we provide 3-4 detailed photos and Instagram reels for every product. Please note:

  • Items are showcased both independently and worn by models to give you a clear view of fit and drape.

  • While we aim for color accuracy, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

2. Sales, Returns, & Hygiene Policy

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, Falak Zari enforces a strict return policy:

  • Final Sale: All sales are considered final.

  • No Returns/Exchanges: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or "change-of-mind" exchanges.

  • Careful Selection: We encourage all customers to review product details and media carefully before completing a purchase.

3. 15-Day Quality Guarantee

We take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every product is covered by a 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Reporting Period: If you receive a defective, broken, or tarnished item, please report it within 15 days of your order.

  • Resolutions: We will arrange a replacement for the defective item. If the specific design is out of stock, you may select an alternative design of equal value.

  • Missing Items: Any items missing from your order will be shipped to you at no additional cost upon verification.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The Falak Zari warranty is specifically designed to cover production and transit issues. It does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidental breakage.

  • Normal wear and tear over time.

  • Claims made after the 15-day warranty window has expired.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to deliver our collection straight to your door, anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is handed to our courier partners, we work closely with them to ensure timely arrival.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, it is covered under our 15-day warranty policy.
