Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. To help you choose with confidence, we provide multiple detailed photos and reels of every product on our website and Instagram. We recommend reviewing these resources carefully before placing your order.
Our 15-Day Quality Guarantee
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, however, if a manufacturing issue occurs, we are here to help. Falak Zari offers a 15-day warranty on all products purchased through our official site.

Eligibility: If you receive a product that is defective, broken, or tarnished within 15 days of delivery, we will arrange for a prompt replacement (If issue is valid).

Missing Items: Should an item be missing from your package, please notify us immediately so we can check first then ship the remaining portion of your order.

Exclusions: Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing and shipping issues only. We cannot provide assistance for items damaged due to misuse, accidental breakage or normal wear and tear over time.

Important Terms

Stock Availability: Replacements are typically issued for the exact same design. If the original item is out of stock, you will be invited to select a different design of equal value.

Warranty Duration: Our team is available to assist with claims within the 15-day window. Once this period has passed, we are unable to process further replacements or adjustments.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
