At Falak Zari, we aim to make our premium apparel accessible across Pakistan. We have partnered with PostEx to ensure your orders are delivered reliably and efficiently.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: We charge a standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are typically prepared and handed over to PostEx within 1–2 business days.

  • Timeline: You can expect your delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Convenience: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via PostEx for all destinations within their network.

  • Payment: Please have the exact order total (including the Rs. 200 delivery charge) ready for the courier agent upon arrival.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Stay Updated: Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a PostEx tracking number.

  • Real-time Status: You can monitor your package's progress directly on the PostEx tracking portal.

5. Delivery Terms & Coordination

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure a successful delivery, please provide a complete shipping address, including a nearby landmark (e.g., a well-known park, hospital, or commercial building).

  • Contact Information: We recommend 2 active phone numbers. This allows the PostEx rider to reach you or an alternative contact if the primary number is unavailable.

  • Arrival Issues: If your package is damaged during transit, please refer to our 15-day warranty and contact us within 15 days so we can arrange a replacement.

  • Failed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts due to incorrect contact details or the absence of a landmark, the parcel may be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
